I can’t say that I have always been a car enthusiast, but I
have always liked my Holdens. My Racing hero's growing up were Peter Brock and
Stephen Richards. Perkins motorsport was my team with my favourite livery being
the Castrol cars.
I caught the bug with the Clubsport towards the end of my Navy time and since
then I haven’t looked back. I have a real appreciation for these cars, all of
them and look at them as a piece of history, especially now Holden is no more.
One day I would love to put them all on display in a museum, but until then,
car shows will be the best I can do.

Purchased in 2016 after I finished my time on ships in the navy. This is the car that I caught the bug with and will be keeping as my forever car.
Purchased with 446000kms on the clock, this car had seen better days. Every panel was a different shade, with paint peeling and none of the original interior. The car was sanded back to bare metal, and restored to as close to showroom condition as possible.
*Total number built 120 however numbers extend to 124 due to 4 numbers skipped in the build process
Found in the bush and in need of a makeover. The car has been cleaned up and is in as close to factory condition as possible.
Found Accident damaged in Melbourne and purchased sight unseen. This is my daily driver and a hell of a lot of fun.
Repairs have been completed on all 4 sides of the car.
Found in Goondiwindi, QLD and purchased sight unseen, 'Monty' as he's become known as (Named by the previous owner) has been an interesting car to work on. The Jackaroo SE is one of the odd, forgotten HSV models. From what I found, there was still demand for the HSV Jackaroo, post the 79, 1993 models. An additional 234 SE models were built, but based on the top trim.
The Avalanche was hail damaged and found sitting in a paddock up in the Wollindilli. We've put a lot of time and love into repairs, similar to that we did with the XU6.
She's heavy on fuel but currently a daily driver, and its so good to finally have a ute again.
One owner and non-molested example of a VL Berlina. The original owner passed away in 2012 and his family laid the car up in a barn with some tarps over it. When I purchased the car it had 97000kms on the clock, and the interior was mostly untouched.
This is my daughters car, and her entry into the HSV world. Its rough, has traveled almost as far as the XU6 and is in need of a real good tidy up to get it back on the road. Actually it just needs the high pressure power steering line replaced.
I plan to assist her in restoring the car, and also plan on getting one of my own.
